With a passion for the exquisite and a keen eye for detail, Liberty Ann Otto GG GIA CMA NAJA  is a distinguished jewelry appraiser renowned for her expertise in assessing and valuing precious gemstones, diamonds, and jewelry pieces. With a career spanning over 20 years in the jewelry industry, Liberty has earned a stellar reputation for her unwavering commitment to precision, professionalism, and a passion for the field.


Specializing in evaluating a diverse range of jewelry, Liberty possesses an extensive knowledge of gemology, design aesthetics, jewelry markets, valuation science, and appraisal methodology. Her expertise extends to diamonds, gemstones, vintage pieces, and contemporary jewelry, allowing her to provide comprehensive and accurate appraisals for clients with varying tastes and preferences.


Liberty holds a Graduate gemologist diploma from the Gemological Institute of America and is a Certified Master Appraiser through the National Association of Jewelry Appraisers. Her office is an Accredited Gem Lab through the National Association of Jewelry Appraisers. Her commitment to continuous learning and staying abreast of jewelry industry trends and technology sets her apart from others.


Additionally, she is an Accredited Senior Gemologist through the Accredited Gemology Association (AGA) and a Certified Insurance Appraiser through (JIAI). She demonstrates a dedication to upholding the highest standards of professionalism and ethics in the field of Jewelry Appraisals.
